About Me
I’m a Denver-based coach living just five miles from my childhood home with my partner, Trey, and our dog, Willow. I have a mix of wanderlust and comfort in stability that guide my choices, balancing the thrill of new experiences with the grounding presence of home. We love to travel, garden, and nurture our many nieces and nephews. My collection of certifications—Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Certified Neuro-Transformational Coach (CNTC), Professional Coaching Certification (PCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and Team Coaching Global Certificate—reflects my deep commitment to continually enhancing my coaching expertise.
